Dinengdeng-mixed vegetables (other type)

Ingredients

- ¼ kg or 1 pc (big size) ampalaya

- 1 cup mushroom

- 1 or 2 cups saluyot leaves

- 5 pcs string beans (optional)

- I pckt dilis or dried (small )fish

- 100 gm. or ½ sliced ginger

- 50 gm. or 1pc sliced onion

- Salt or fish sauce (patis or bagoong/anchovys ) to taste

- magic sarap to taste

- 3 1/2 cups clean water

Procedure:

- Boil water for 5 minutes into (medium) pot , add onion and ginger then, mixed all vegetables put it in all into the pot, add dilis/dried fish (or 1 pc grilled tilapia) add patis to taste (or bagoong-anchovy), then add 3 pcs green long chili (optional), simmer for 5 minutes, add magic sarap to taste -served hot with rice.. mangan tayon!
